Receiving Your Order - When your order is received be sure it is exactly what was ordered before using or washing, if the item is incorrect please email us at support@ourbabybedding.com for assistance.

Shipping -  Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous US States and is FREE on orders over $89.   For orders within the USA under $89 there is a flat rate of $8.99 per order.   Shipping to Canada is available at a cost of $19.99 per order regardless of the size of the order.  Most items will ship within 2 to 20 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. In addition, please allow up to 7 business days from the day your order has been shipped for UPS Ground Deliveries to be delivered within the contiguous United States.  Shipments to Canada can take up to an additional 10 business days.  Incorrect addresses will be subject to a $5.00 UPS correction fee.  PLEASE NOTE THAT CANADIAN CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY AND TAXES THAT MAY BE CHARGED BY THE SHIPPING AGENT.

Crib Mattress and Mattress Pad Shipments to Canada - Shipping of crib mattresses to Canada is available at a cost of $64.99 PER MATTRESS.  This cost INCLUDES any customs or brokerage fees.  Shipping of crib mattress pads to Canada is available at a cost of $29.99 PER MATTRESS PAD.  This cost INCLUDES any customs or brokerage fees.  Please note that if your order includes a crib mattress or mattress pad and any other product, the customs and brokerage fees for the mattress and mattress pad will be covered with the above fees, however, the customer is still responsible for any fees charged by Canada Customs or the carrier for any of the other items ordered as per our standard shipping policies.

Returns / Credits -  Returns received used or without original packaging will not be accepted unless defective. Please contact us at support@ourbabybedding.com prior to return for return address and authorization, returns received without proper authorization will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for return of product(s) to correct return address (unless the product is defective) and all returns must be issued a return authorization Sheet sets not defective are non returnable if removed from the package it was shipped in.   Unless the product is defective, returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be returned within 1 week of receipt.

Damages/Exchanges/Replacements/Defects/Claims/Warranties -  All items are warranted for 30 days from date of receipt by customer. Items for exchange must be issued an exchange number and items must be in original resaleable condition and not to have been used or washed. Items which are defective will be issued a full credit if not replaced or exchanged. A full refund will be issued for item deemed defective if replacement is not possible. Items under warranty which are claimed to be defective and items for exchange must be issued a return authorization number and return instructions by Ourbabybedding.com. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item or have any questions, please contact us at support@ourbabybedding.com.   Please note that products that arrive damaged must be reported within 48 hours to be eligible for refund ro exchange.

Cancellations -  Cancellations will be accepted prior to shipping. If an order has already been shipped or was not able to be canceled due to shipping procedures then the customer will be responsible for return of item(s).

Special Policies for Three Little Ziglets Merchandise  - Most Three Little Ziglets items are made to order and require payment in full at the time of purchase.   Please allow 6-8 weeks for your order to be fulfilled.  Since these are hand painted items, there may be slight variations in color and/or patterns.  We make every effort to keep the images as accurate as we can.  However, paint colors and fabrics may appear different on your computer screen.  We strongly encourage you to request a swatch card to confirm the paint and fabric selections.   Fabric swatches will be sent to you at no charge.  Three Little Ziglets products cannot be returned or exchanged.  If an order is cancelled before delivery, only 50% of the initial full payment will be refunded.

Three Little Ziglets merchandise is packed with care and shipped via UPS.   In the rare case that something is damaged during shipping, you receive a defective product or you receive an incorrect item,  please contact us and we will make arrangements to send you the correct item or replacement as soon as possible.

Shipping Status -  You may e-mail Ourbabybedding.com for status inquiries. Tracking numbers may not be available for all shipments. If an order has been shipped and is past due for delivery, mis-delivered or possibly lost by the shipping company, you may contact Ourbabybedding.com to have the package tracked.

Backorders / Product Delays & Out of Stock Items -  Backorders are a result of manufacturer delays in producing products to be shipped. Ourbabybedding.com may choose to partial ship an item and backorder the remainder of any item ordered and ship that item at a later date at no cost to the customer. It's possible that some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to color, style, size, manufacturer and mill delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified only if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

Product Colors -  Although we make every effort to provide true and accurate colors for our products listed on our web site and as a result of individual computers and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee the color(s) viewed on ones monitor will be an exact match to the actual material colors delivered. Please email support@ourbabybedding.com if you have any questions on our product colors.

Payment - We only accept Visa or MasterCard for credit card payments. Credit cards will be authorized and charged upon receipt of order.   We also accept payment via PayPal.

Errors - Descriptive, typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

You may be liable for applicable collection fees, court costs and attorney fees, in the event of an unpaid balance. In the event of any dispute or charged back transaction, such transaction will be investigated by NDCC/AECS.
